One (1) Teacher per Class and One (1) Chaperon per ten (10) children admitted free on Plan A or Plan B

The Teachers and Chaperons shall be responsible for their class's supervision and discipline which is
necessary for the entire tour. We encourage at least one Chaperon per 10 children be with your group.
The staff and tour guides at Harmon's want your trip to be a most enjoyable, educational and safe one.
Upon arrival at the farm you will see our bus parking lot on the left as you enter the farm from highway US-1.
One of our staff will meet the bus, tell you where you are to assemble and check your group in.
PLEASE have the total number of children attending the field trip, the total classes attending the tour and the
total number of adults including Teachers and Chaperoned for the person who meets your group.
The total time of the field trip is approximately one hour for Plan A and a half hour for Plan B. After that you will
have time to use on your own. We encourage you to use our facilities to the utmost.
It is permissible for Plan A to bring school lunches but we would like to know in advance so we can plan for a
convenient place for you to picnic.
If there are any special requirements or details we need to know please advise us at least 7 days prior to
arrival. If there must be cancellations please let us know at least 10 days before the scheduled event,
otherwise you could be preventing another class or classes from the experience of our field trip.

Your trip will not be scheduled at Harmon's until this contract is signed and sent back to us. We will accept a
phoned reservation but it will be cancelled if the confirming contract is not received in five days thereafter.
