NO REFUNDS
The Teacher and Chaperoned shall be responsible for their own class's supervision and discipline which is
necessary for the entire tour. We encourage at least one Chaperon per 10 children be with the group. The staff
and tour guides at Harmon's want your trip to be a most enjoyable, educational and safe one. Upon arrival at
the farm, you will see our parking lot on the left as you enter the farm off Hwy #1. One of our staff will meet the
bus, tell you where to assembly and check you in. Also please have the total number of children attending the
field trip, the total classes attending and the total number of adults including teachers and Chaperoned for the
person who meets the bus.
The total time of the field trip is approximately 45 minutes, after that you are on your own to explore the
playground and animal pens. If there are any special needs or things we need to know please let us know at
least 7 days prior to arrival.
If there has to be a cancellation please let us know at least 10 days before the scheduled event, otherwise
you could be preventing another class or classes from the experience of our field trip.
If this meets your approval send this contract back to us as soon as possible. The trip will not be scheduled at
Harmon's until this contract is signed and sent back to us. You have 5 days to reply or your tentative schedule
will be canceled.
